Privacy Policy for Hermes Drive Access

Hermes Drive Access is a private personal automation tool operated by Darren. This policy explains how the tool accesses and uses Google user data.
Information accessed
With the account owner’s permission, Hermes Drive Access may access:
Google Drive files and folders
Google Docs documents
Google Sheets spreadsheets
The application is not authorized to access Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Contacts.
How information is used
Google user data is accessed only to perform tasks requested by the account owner, such as finding, reading, creating, organising or updating files, documents and spreadsheets.
Relevant content may be processed by the AI service configured within Hermes when necessary to complete a requested task. Google user data is not used for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
Data storage and security
Authorization credentials and application data are stored on a personally controlled computer. Reasonable precautions are used to prevent unauthorized access.
Data sharing
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with unrelated third parties. Data is processed only by the services required to operate Hermes and complete actions requested by the account owner.
Data retention and deletion
Authorization credentials are retained until access is revoked or the locally stored credentials are deleted. The account owner can revoke access at any time through the Google Account security settings.
